RHS Plants for Pollinators

Pulmonaria 'Victorian Brooch'PBR

An absolute beauty, with attractive, long but compact, silver spotted foliage and long lasting magenta-coral flowers. The masses of early flowers are very attractive to garden pollinators. An excellent plant for mixed patio containers of spring bulbs and other spring flowering plants.

Plant Care

Keep well watered until firmly established. Plant into moist but draining, good garden soil. Remove old leaves and divide as desired after flowering.

Height/Width

Water thoroughly, or stand pot in a container of water for half an hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in the hole so that the root ball is level with the surrounding ground and refill, firming if necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather. Feed in spring with a good, general fertiliser.
